Since the early ages explored wide ranges and different landscapes. Fascinated by the ancient question burning in human's heart, the source, or as they used to call it, the beginning of all.

A path premade, or not, lead me to authentic experiences, gathering in villages and people with ancient minds along the way. Between forests, seas and mountains, I find that one precious moment connects us all, and makes us alive and cheered, such is sharing a good feast, and exchanging stories over the table.

This is my art, the culinary one. For I spent long time and gained plenty of satisfaction and skill with playing with different ingredients, some common, some very unusua, and enjoyed as well the seeking and obtaining them in forest, seases and mountains.

Ancient is a craft I inherited, for humble origins I had, and animals have milked, grains and fruits have harvested, from orchards and forests and seas.

Such is the game I play, that it's so simple and yet often forgotten. And there is nothing better for the mind as a way to stop asking.

For in the end maybe the answer is far more straight forward. After all, we are what we eat.
